What are essential oils?
Essential oils are natural compounds formed in plant elaiophores and stored in various parts of plants such as flowers, leaves, seeds, roots, resin, bark, fruits or wood. Their chemical composition can be very different in different plants and parts of plants. Extraction methods such as steam distillation or cold pressing are used to obtain these oils, and the choice of solvent is crucial to maintaining their effectiveness.
These oils benefit plants by repelling parasites and attracting beneficial insects. They help plants self-heal when attacked by herbivores and protect them from environmental stressors such as UV radiation and extreme temperatures. Essential oils also act as the plant's hormonal and immune systems, giving them diverse healing properties with concentrations 50-70 times stronger than those of the original plant.
Due to their small molecular size, essential oils can penetrate deep into the skin layers and cells, harnessing the power of nature. Quality and origin are crucial factors for optimal effectiveness, as inferior or synthetic oils can reduce their effectiveness and increase the risk of hypersensitivity reactions.

Essential oils are made up of very small molecules. Their tiny size allows them to penetrate very deeply into the human skin layers and body cells. This enables us to use the power of nature in the highest concentration.
How do essential oils work?
Because volatile aromatic compounds move quickly through the air, you can experience the scent almost immediately. To date, over 3,000 types of volatile aromatic compounds have been discovered. So it's good to know that these compounds greatly influence the benefits, aroma and type of each essential oil. Due to its unique chemical composition, each essential oil varies from species to species and even plant to plant. The delicate ratio of aromatic components of each essential oil makes it unique and gives it special benefits.

Either use a diffuser to distribute the oil particles into the air, or put one or two drops on the palms of your hands, rub them together and then breathe in deeply...please do not use aroma lamps, as essential oils cannot tolerate heat!

apply - externally
after 2 minutes they can be detected in the blood
Apply a few drops of the oil to the skin and rub gently, binding with carrier oil if necessary. The best choice for this is fractionated coconut oil, which is odorless, liquid and non-greasy.
take - internally
After 20 minutes they take effect in the body cell
Either place one or two drops under the tongue, add it to drinking water or fill it into an empty capsule and swallow it. Oral consumption is not recommended for every oil, so please always follow the instructions.
